Binance plans to resume withdrawals for additional cryptocurrency assets in a second phase starting at 04:00 UTC on Tuesday. The exchange said the reopening would happen progressively as security and readiness checks are completed, following an initial resumption on Nov. 1.
Binance said it was prioritizing assets according to user demand over the past week. Networks included in the second phase are Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana, XRP Ledger, Sui, Arbitrum, Optimism, Tron and Base. Deposits remain available.
The exchange also said on Monday that withdrawals had reopened for several fiat currencies, including the US dollar, United Arab Emirates dirham, Vietnamese dong, Philippine peso and Indonesian rupiah. These were added to 23 other currencies already available for withdrawal.
Crypto exchange outflows have slowed since Sunday, according to DefiLlama data. Net outflows stood at $2.57 billion on Monday, down from $6.1 billion a day earlier.
Binance warned users that scammers may exploit the phased reopening by posing as the exchange and offering faster withdrawals, priority processing, help claiming compensation or transfers to a purported “Binance vault.” The exchange said offers to speed up withdrawals in exchange for a fee are scams.
