Binance has started restoring withdrawal services after suspending them following a major hack on Thursday. The exchange said the first phase covers the Bitcoin network, while additional assets and networks will be reintroduced progressively.

The FBI has blamed North Korean operatives for the attack. Binance said it would prioritize networks and assets according to user demand over the previous week, while completing stability and security checks before reopening access.

The exchange advised users to consult the withdrawal page for their selected asset and network or check its network status page to confirm availability. Binance also warned that the phased rollout could lead to congestion, longer processing times and temporary delays. Users whose withdrawals fail were advised to try again shortly afterward.

Cointelegraph reported that Binance said it had replenished 90% of the assets stolen in the hack, compared with 80% the previous day, and remained on course to resume withdrawals on Sunday. The exchange said it would publish further updates through its official X channel.
